I will add your link and banner, and I would be happy to help in any way I can.
The biggest problem for most people that try to do what you are doing is that they don't really know how to train a model, or how to direct a model on a correct career path. You also have to be able to disqualify models that realistically have no chance, and you have to be able to produce quality portfolios for those that do. No matter how beautiful the model is, if the pictures are bad - it doesn't work.
Just let me know what you think we can do together and we can go from there. We might even be able to arrange a trip for me some day to come there and work with your young models.

Unfortunately, I am afraid that we are unable to give you a positive response. Our resources, both financial and non, are concentrated in a series of on-going projects, which, albeit with diverse aims, have a common cultural base.
To give just a few examples: Fabrica, the communications research centre funded by Benetton, where young people from all over the world are chosen to work on concrete projects in various applied arts; the Benetton Foundation, a scientific body which promotes studies and research aimed at safeguarding our natural and cultural heritage and the Pivano Library, set up by the Foundation following the donation of 40,000 volumes and documents concerning 19th Century North American literature, by the writer and critic, Fernanda Pivano.
